Miller Auditorium places the highest priority on the comfort and safety of its patrons. We recognize the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and subsequent modifications.
Our goal is to meet or exceed the specific standard requirements for patrons with disabilities and communication disorders. Notice of special needs should be addressed when tickets are purchased so that we may serve all patrons properly.

Please inform the customer service representative that you would like to purchase accessible seats and of any other special requirements that will make your visit to Miller Auditorium more enjoyable.
Miller Auditorium is equipped with a barrier-free entrance and drop-off area. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for transport from car to the theatre. An ample number of accessible parking spaces are available on each level of the parking ramp. Accessible restrooms and drinking fountains are available on the Orchestra and Grand Tier levels. A unisex accessible restroom is available on the Orchestra level next to the Box Office. An elevator is available in the lobby with access to all levels on house right. Accessible and companion seating is available on all levels.
Wheelchair space with adjacent seating for a companion is available in Zone I of the Grand Tier and in Zone II of the Orchestra level and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. During the week of an event or if an event is sold out, any seats not sold to patrons with disabilities are released for general sale.
Every effort will be made to accommodate special seating requests for patrons with visual disabilities. Guide dogs are welcome. Please inform the customer service representative when you are purchasing tickets if you would like an aisle seat.
Miller Auditorium is equipped with an FM assistive listening system. Headsets are available free of charge at the coat check on the Orchestra level simply by presenting identification.
Sign language interpretation is available for most performances. Requests for sign language interpretation must be received by the Patron Services Manager one month prior to the performance and is subject to artist approval and availability of an interpreter. If Miller Auditorium is unable to provide an interpreter, we will provide a complimentary ticket for the patron’s personal interpreter.
